Children’s cakes are fantastic fun
Celebrate Cakes can custom make any sort of kids cake that you want. Whilst Birthday Cakes are certainly the most popular, I also create christening cakes, baby shower cakes or cakes for any occasion. Also see my adult birthday cakes and special occasions cakes.
The cake can be based on any character or theme that is your child’s latest craze. Choose from a novelty 3D cake or a number or letter cake in any cake flavour. Alternatively, choose a square or round cake with fun toppers or decorations in any theme you like.
For younger children, look also at the Christening Cake designs which can be adapted for your little one’s birthday celebration.

2D Birthday Cakes
Kids two dimensional cakes come in all shapes and sizes. They can be in the shape of anything from a teddy bear to a football field. A great way to decorate the cake is by putting figurines on it. These can be made from edible gum paste or can be plastic figurines that you supply or I can source them. This under the sea cake incorporates all hand crafted gum paste figurines.
Number or letter cakes
For Kids Birthdays a popular type of 2D cake is a number or letter cake. This can be in a variety of sizes. Again this can be decorated by putting figurines on it to cater for the theme of the party.
3D Birthday Cakes
With kids birthday cakes three dimensional cakes do not have to be expensive as there are a wide variety of cake tins that I have access to. These include teddy bears, cars, balls, rabbits etc. If the correct shape is not available in a tin then a cake can be hand carved to almost any shape. Let your imagination run wild or find a picture on the internet and talk to me about how I can turn it into an edible masterpiece.
Tiered Birthday Cakes
Tiered cakes can be a lot of fun with kids cakes. As can be seen from the pictures below, a tiered cake can be turned into anything that you like. Let your imagination run wild: from a circus tent to a mountain, or even a princess castle cake. Let me know your theme and together we can come up with a cake to be remembered. Sizes for tiered birthday cakes can vary greatly and they can cater for a party of any size. Individual tier sizes can range from 4 to 14 inches.

Cupcakes are a great idea for kids parties. No cutting up and less mess! They can be stand-alone on a tower or incorporated into a theme with a separate cutting cake.
Edible photo cakes can be done on to cupcakes, round or square cakes.
